As we expand, we are looking for an AI Automation Advisor / Workflow Builder to help us streamline processes, reduce manual work, and leverage AI to improve efficiency across our stores and back-office operations. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled AI Automation Advisor / Workflow Builder to identify automation opportunities, design intelligent workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions that support our retail operations. The ideal candidate combines business process thinking with hands-on experience in workflow automation, AI tools, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities : 1.Analyze existing retail and administrative processes to identify automation opportunities. 2.Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across departments including sales, inventory, customer service, purchasing, HR, and finance. 3.Implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications 1.Experience in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-based businesses. 2.Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar). 3.Experience with CRM, ERP, POS, or inventory management systems. 4.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
