AI Video Workflow Engineer for Automated Pilates Video Production

We are looking for an AI video workflow engineer to help us build a repeatable, mostly automated production system for Pilates videos. This is not a normal video editing job. We do not want someone who manually edits each video one by one. We want someone who can build a configurable, automatic AI workflow, ideally written with code/scripts/API tools and usable through Claude Code, Codex, or a similar coding-agent workflow. The goal is to create a system where we can record raw Pilates videos on a phone, put the raw videos into the workflow, adjust a few variables/settings if needed, and automatically generate professional-looking final videos. Small manual edits are acceptable only if they are minimal, for example a few minutes per video for quick review, small corrections, or final touch-ups. But if the process requires full manual editing for every video, it is not what we need. The workflow should help with things like: - taking raw phone-recorded Pilates videos as input - converting them into polished, professional-looking studio-style videos - improving lighting, background, framing, color, stabilization, and overall visual quality - keeping the Pilates movement and body form accurate without distorting the exercise - improving, cleaning, or replacing voice/audio using AI tools if needed - adding captions, instructional labels, or overlays if useful - creating consistent final outputs across many videos - allowing variables/settings to be changed depending on the video type - documenting the workflow so our team can use it repeatedly without depending on you for every single video We are open to different tools and approaches. The workflow could involve Python, FFmpeg, APIs, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Pika, Topaz, CapCut automation, ElevenLabs, Descript, HeyGen, or other AI video/audio tools. We care less about the exact tools and more about whether the result is practical, repeatable, and scalable. A good fit would be someone who has experience with: - building automated or semi-automated AI video workflows - writing scripts or code for video/audio processing - using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools - AI video enhancement or generation - AI voice/audio generation - creating reusable systems instead of one-off manual edits - documenting workflows clearly for a team to use You are probably not a fit if you are only a manual video editor and cannot build a coded, repeatable, automated workflow. We will likely start with a small paid test. We can provide 1-2 raw Pilates phone videos, and we would like you to show us either a proposed technical workflow, a small working version of the workflow, or a before/after sample showing what your workflow can produce. We are happy to pay for reasonable test/prep time. If the test goes well, this can become a larger project to build the full production workflow.
