Claude Co work Tutor

Im looking for a tutor to sort of speak to get me going in claude co work. How to write effective descriptions and instructions How to test and refine them. Teach one concept at a time, Give me a short hands-on exercise after each, and check my understanding before moving on. I'm motivated but new to this.
