Invoice Data Extraction and Excel Reporting Automation

We are a small construction and remodeling company looking to improve the way we process supplier invoices and expense information. Currently, most of our invoice tracking is done manually using PDF documents and spreadsheets. We are looking for a developer who can help automate part of this workflow. The goal is to create a simple solution that can: * Extract key information from supplier invoices (PDF format) * Organize the extracted data into Excel or CSV files * Capture fields such as supplier name, invoice date, subtotal, VAT, and total amount * Reduce manual data entry and improve reporting Preferred skills: * Python * Data extraction * Automation * Microsoft excel * PDF processing Deliverables: * Working solution/script * Basic documentation explaining how to use it * Sample output file This is a small project with a fixed budget. If the collaboration goes well, we may have additional automation and reporting tasks in the future.
