We are looking for an experienced Node.js developer to build a small proof of concept for an authorized login flow on a web platform.
Most of the analysis is already done. We only need a developer to implement and demonstrate that the login works correctly and that the authenticated session/token can be used after login.
This is not a full automation project. The goal is only to validate the login flow and prove that an authenticated request can be made successfully after login.
Scope of Work:
Build a small Node.js script or proof of concept.
Perform the login flow using authorized credentials.
Correctly handle:
CSRF token
Session cookies
XSRF token if required
Redirects after login
Confirm whether the login was successful.
Make one simple authenticated post-login request to prove that the session/token is valid.
Return a clear success/failure result.
Document the exact flow and any limitations found.
Important Notes:
The technical analysis has already been completed.
This is only a login validation POC.
No scraping, mass automation, or data extraction is required.
No full backend system is required.
No dashboard, UI, or complex architecture is needed.
The work must be done only with authorized credentials and for internal validation purposes.
Preferred Technical Stack:
Node.js
Axios with cookie jar, or Playwright/Puppeteer if browser-based login is required
Basic handling of headers, cookies, CSRF tokens, and redirects
Deliverables:
A working proof-of-concept script
A short README explaining how to run it
Evidence that login succeeds
Evidence that an authenticated request works after login
Notes about any blockers, such as CSRF/session issues, redirect behavior, or browser protection
Ideal Candidate:
You have experience with authenticated web flows, Laravel-style CSRF/session handling, cookies, and Node.js request automation. You can keep the solution simple and focused without overengineering it.
