Tea Factory management system.

Design and build a comprehensive Tea Factory Management solution that addresses current and potential needs and challenges observed by the factory staff by considering all key areas of operations from farming to final tea production release. To enhance the factory productivity and improve the tea value chain, The Tea Factory required a system that will provide ability to automate the factory for Inventory Management, production planning and Control, quality Control, supply chain management, financial management, human resource management, fixed asset and equipment management, data analysis and financial reporting. 1.2. System capability include: • Centralized data management system that consolidates information from all factory locations/processes into a single platform. • Enable Real-Time Visibility to allow management to oversee factory operations from the main office. This includes tracking production metrics, inventory levels, equipment status, financial report, and quality control processes. • Support Integration with other ERP system including NAEB system 1.3. Project Objectives The objective of the project is to automate tea processing step by capturing possible information that could be used for decision making and improving time to time visibility of what is going on inside the factory. 1.4.
