Update PDF As-Built Layout Plans

I have an existing set of plans in PDF format that no longer reflects the actual, built-on-site layout. The structure remains unchanged; I only need the layout updated so the file accurately shows the rooms and walls as they stand today... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: 3D CAD, 3D Drafting, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Building Architecture, CAD/CAM, Drafting, Revit)
