Lead Full Stack AI Engineer for Voice First SaaS MVP

PROJECT OVERVIEW We are looking for an exceptional Full Stack AI Engineer to lead the architecture and development of a B2B SaaS Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Our platform leverages ultra low latency conversational Voice AI to automate complex customer service and sales qualification workflows. You will not just be stringing together APIs. We need a true systems architect who can build a secure, multi tenant web application from the ground up while integrating a flawless, interruptible Voice AI pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Architect and build the complete full stack MVP, from the frontend dashboard to the backend database and API layer. * Design and implement a multi tenant architecture to ensure data segregation and security across different client accounts. * Integrate a low latency Voice AI pipeline using WebRTC, advanced Speech to Text (STT), Text to Speech (TTS), and LLMs. * Build complex conversational state machines so the AI can handle user interruptions and navigate dynamic branching logic. * Integrate third party services, including Stripe for subscription billing and various CRMs for data syncing via webhooks. * Deploy the application to a scalable cloud infrastructure with proper CI/CD pipelines. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS * Frontend: Next.js, React, and responsive UI design. * Backend: Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS/Express) with strict API routing and error handling. * AI and Voice: Deep experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, and voice infrastructure (Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, or custom WebRTC). * Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Supabase with experience designing relational SaaS schemas. * Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, Docker, and WebSockets for real time UI updates.
