React PWA to Native iOS & Android App (Capacitor) — Audio App

I have a completed React web app (PWA) built with Base44/Codebase44, backed up on GitHub. The app is a sound-based anxiety relief tool with 5 pages, a three-channel audio mixer per page, and a sequential 40-minute sleep journey (Page 5 loads audio files sequentially across all 3 channels in sync). What I need: Wrap the existing React PWA using Capacitor for iOS and Android Configure background audio so sound continues when the screen locks Fix autoplay on navigation — currently blocked by browser autoplay policy in PWA standalone mode Resolve memory issue on iOS standalone mode — Page 5 loads 3 simultaneous audio channels and crashes Safari in PWA standalone mode. This needs to work correctly in the native wrapper Set up live updates from GitHub so I can push content updates (new sounds, new pages) without resubmitting to the stores each time Submit to Apple App Store and Google Play Store Tech stack: React (JSX) Web Audio API IndexedDB for audio caching GitHub repository Already in place: Apple Developer Program account — active Google Play Console account — active App is content-complete and ready for packaging Important: This is a one-time packaging job. I need the setup configured so I can push future updates independently without hiring a developer each time. Please only apply if you have direct experience with Capacitor, Web Audio API on mobile, and App Store/Google Play submission.
