Job Description
We are a Medicare insurance brokerage looking for an experienced automation consultant to help us eliminate repetitive manual tasks and streamline operations across our tech stack.
Phase 1 (this contract): Discovery & Audit
We need a thorough audit of our current tools and workflows to identify where we're losing time, doing duplicate data entry, or missing automation opportunities. You'll deliver a prioritized roadmap of what to automate and how.
Phase 2 (separate contract, right candidate gets first shot):
Implementation of the top automations based on your findings.
Our Current Tools
Go High Level – CRM, pipelines, automations
Medicare Pro – quoting/enrollment
Medicare App – client-facing app
Sunfire – plan comparison & enrollment
Zoho Projects – project/task management
Loom – async video communication
AI Tools – Claude (Anthropic) and/or ChatGPT (OpenAI) for drafting, summarizing, and workflow automation
What We're Looking For
Deep experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native API integrations
AI tool experience is a strong plus — we want someone who understands how to layer AI into workflows (e.g., using ChatGPT/Claude via API for auto-drafting emails, summarizing client notes, triaging leads, or generating follow-up sequences)
Familiarity with AI agents, prompt engineering, or LLM-based automation (not just chatbots — practical business use cases)
Familiarity with insurance industry workflows is a big plus (Medicare/ACA even better)
Experience integrating Go High Level specifically
Strong communicator — you'll be interviewing our team about their daily workflows
Deliverable: a written audit report with a prioritized automation roadmap (including AI opportunities)
Scope of Phase 1
1–2 discovery calls with our team
Independent review of each tool and how data flows between them
Identification of manual/repetitive tasks ripe for automation
Written report: findings + prioritized recommendations + estimated time savings
Budget range: $300–$800 depending on experience
You're a great fit if you have:
Portfolio of automation projects (especially CRM/insurance)
Reviews from similar discovery/audit projects
Experience with no-code tools AND light scripting (Python/JS) if needed
Hands-on experience with AI tools in a business context (OpenAI API, Claude API, AI features inside Go High Level, etc.)
Located in US, Latin America, or Eastern Europe preferred (timezone compatibility)
