Business Email Setup Assistance

My existing domain is registered with 123 Reg and I want to start sending and receiving messages through an “own business email” solution rather than Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, or Zoho. The domain is already pointing to live web-hosting, but the DNS zone has never been configured for email... (Budget: £10 - £15 GBP, Jobs: cPanel, DNS, Email Handling, Email Marketing, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, SMTP)
