WordPress Speed Optimization Expert Needed WooCommerce + Elementor Coffee Store (40 → 90+)

We run a WooCommerce store built with Elementor https://empoweredcoffeesolutions.com/. The site currently loads slowly and scores around 40 on Google PageSpeed Insights, which is hurting our user experience and causing visitors to leave. We already have WP Rocket installed, but it is clearly not optimized correctly. We need an experienced specialist to diagnose the real bottlenecks and deliver measurable speed improvements without breaking any functionality (shop, cart, checkout, popups, and menus must all keep working).
