Build MVP marketplace + delivery dispatch

Description: We are building an MVP for a construction materials marketplace and delivery coordination platform in West Africa. The platform functions like a simplified Amazon + Uber hybrid for construction materials. Core concept: Users (construction site managers) browse a catalog of construction materials (sand, gravel, cement, etc.), place orders, and receive delivery through a driver network. Suppliers fulfill orders, and drivers are automatically or manually assigned for delivery. Core Features (MVP): 1. Product Catalog (Storefront) List of construction materials (e.g. gravel, sand, cement) Each product has: name price per unit available quantity Single unified store (no multiple seller UI for MVP) 2. Customer Ordering System Customer creates order: product selection quantity name, phone, delivery location Checkout options: Pay on delivery (cash) Pay now (integration with mobile money like Wave API or placeholder integration) 3. Order Management Dashboard Admin dashboard to: view all orders update order status (pending, assigned, delivered) assign driver manually (MVP version acceptable) 4. Driver Module (simple MVP version) Driver accounts See assigned deliveries Accept delivery tasks Mark delivery as completed 5. Supplier Flow (simple version) Supplier receives order notification Confirms availability Prepares materials 6. Basic Dispatch System (MVP level) Admin assigns nearest available driver manually (automation optional later) Preferred Tech Stack: React or Next.js frontend Node.js / Django backend PostgreSQL or Firebase Simple cloud deployment (AWS / Vercel / Render) Mobile app optional — web app preferred for MVP.
