Experienced WordPress Developer Needed for Agency Projects

We're a fast-paced digital agency specialized in WordPress design and development, based in Las Vegas. Their task will be building new sites and, as needed, intervening on our existing sites at client request through our ticketing system. - A strong foundation of IT knowledge. - A true WordPress expert with several years of experience on real-world projects. - Proactive in finding the best possible solutions and in detecting and removing bugs. - A responsible team player who respects agreements and technical rules, and who tests their work well before declaring it finished. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: - Adjusting to working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM CET) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and MySQL. - Strong grasp of WordPress architecture, hooks, and functions. - More than five years of experience in WordPress development on production websites. - Basic knowledge of Figma, primarily of export and building the site with its elements. - Excellent knowledge of Elementor. - Solid knowledge of WooCommerce. - Ability to troubleshoot plugin conflicts and site issues quickly and independently. BONUS REQUIREMENTS: - Experience with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization. - Experience in plugin development.
