Medical Image Processing / Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Medical Image Processing / Python Developer to create a lightweight, fully automated local pipeline for AI-based organ-at-risk (OAR) auto-contouring in Radiation Oncology. The primary objective is to automate the end-to-end workflow: receiving a Planning CT DICOM series from our local system, running total-body auto-segmentation via TotalSegmentator, converting the segmentation masks into a standard DICOM-RTStruct file, and sending it back to our Treatment Planning System (TPS) / PACS.
