AI/Automation Developer – Python, LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini), Workflow Optimization

We’re looking for a skilled developer to help streamline and automate our workflows long-term. This role involves building and maintaining automation scripts, integrating large language models (LLMs), revamping and improving our web presence, and proposing creative solutions to improve efficiency across our operations. ----- + Responsibilities Design and implement automation scripts to reduce manual work and optimize processes. Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, or others) with our internal tools and workflows. Develop AI-powered agents to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Proactively suggest long-term solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code. Revamp and maintain company websites to improve functionality, design, and performance. Integrate APIs and automation tasks into web pages and web-based systems. ----- + Qualifications Strong coding experience (Python preferred). Experience with workflow automation, APIs, and task orchestration. Hands-on experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar). Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub or GitLab). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Familiarity with front-end and back-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Node.js, or similar). ----- + Nice to Have Experience with tools like Zapier, Airflow, or Make. Knowledge of databases and data processing. Background in deploying AI-powered applications or bots. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Portfolio of past web development or automation projects. ----- + Project Details This is a remote, ongoing role with the opportunity for long-term collaboration. Initial engagement will be a small paid test project to evaluate fit.
