AI Developer for AI Agents Platform

I am looking for an AI Developer / Full Stack Developer to help build and improve an internal AI agents platform on a private server. This is an ongoing development role under NDA. The project involves building internal AI tools, backend services, API integrations, user-facing interfaces, and agent-based workflows for private business use. The exact business logic, data sources, and internal processes will be shared only after the NDA is signed and the contract is active. The ideal developer should be comfortable working across AI development, backend development, API architecture, and full-stack product implementation. This is not a simple chatbot project. The work requires clean engineering, structured architecture, and the ability to build a system that can grow over time. Main areas of work may include: — AI Developer work for internal AI agents and assistant-style tools — Full Stack Developer work across backend services and frontend interfaces — Full-Stack Development for an internal Web Application — Python backend development and Python AI Developer tasks — API Integration and backend workflow automation — FastAPI-style backend services and REST API architecture — React Developer work for internal dashboards and user interfaces — TypeScript frontend updates and structured UI components — RAG Platform design and RAG pipelines — LLM Systems and LLM Workflows — LangGraph / agent orchestration workflows — Local AI/LLM setup and integration with private infrastructure — Vector Database design and knowledge retrieval logic — Backend Developer / Backend Platform Engineer work for long-term system architecture — permissions, roles, logging, and secure internal access logic Required experience: — AI Developer / AI Engineer experience — Full Stack Developer or Full-Stack Developer experience — Full-Stack Development with backend and frontend ownership — Python Developer experience — Python AI Developer experience — React Developer experience — Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence fundamentals — API Integration and REST API Developer experience — FastAPI or similar Python backend framework experience — Retrieval Augmented Generation experience — experience with private/internal AI tools is a plus The work will be organized in weekly sprints. The first sprint will focus on reviewing the current setup, confirming the architecture, defining the technical priorities, and starting implementation on the highest-priority internal AI and backend tasks. I am looking for someone who can work long-term, communicate clearly, think structurally, and avoid shortcuts that would make the system hard to expand later.
