DIN-Rail DMX Splitter PCB

I need a compact PCB that takes one DMX-512 line in, delivers four fully-isolated outputs (minimum 1 kV isolation), and physically accepts the W6300-EVB-Pico2 module through simple pin headers so I can drop the board in and gain Wi-Fi connectivity straight away...
