Lead Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead (Long-Term)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to become a long-term technical partner for our growing development team. This is an ongoing role (10–15 hours per week) with the opportunity to take ownership of technical leadership across multiple projects. Responsibilities Lead technical interviews and evaluate engineering candidates. Review architecture, code quality, and engineering decisions. Collaborate with an experienced development team. Coordinate technical execution across multiple projects. Work closely with founders to define technical direction. Help improve engineering processes and development standards. Participate in project planning and technical decision-making. Perform code reviews and mentor developers when needed. Requirements 10+ years of Full Stack development experience. Proven experience leading software engineering teams. Strong project coordination and technical leadership skills. Native or near-native English communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Available to work 10–15 hours per week. Comfortable working during U.S. business hours with real-time collaboration. Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating developers. Strong experience with modern web application architecture. Able to collaborate effectively with an experienced remote engineering team.
