Livingroom Floor Plan improvement/fix

The goal is to improve/fix the living room while keeping the overall room layout as it is. If that's not possible, at least the current room configuration should be preserved. I worked with an architect on that floor plan below (attached), and almost every requirements is met by this floor plan... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: AutoCAD, Building Architecture, Building Design, CAD/CAM, Home Design, Landscape Design)
