Restore WordPress Blog Access

I’m locked out of my own WordPress publishing flow. When I log in, the site behaves as though I’m just another subscriber: there’s no editor, no “Add New Post” button—nothing. From my iPad I can still type a title, but the body of each blog never appears online...
