AI-Powered Scalp Analysis Quiz for Shopify (Wellina Theme)

Build a custom AI-powered scalp analysis quiz for my Shopify store using the Wellina theme. The quiz should: * Include a customizable multi-step questionnaire. * Allow customers to optionally upload a scalp photo. * Collect the customer’s first name and email before showing results. * Securely send the quiz responses and optional scalp photo to OpenAI for analysis. * Return a personalized Scalp Delivery product recommendation based on our approved recommendation logic. * Display the personalized routine immediately on a results page with recommended products and Add to Cart buttons. * Deploy the backend on my Vercel account using my own OpenAI API key so I retain full ownership and control. * Be fully responsive on desktop and mobile. * Include clean, maintainable source code and setup documentation. Note: Emailing the results to customers is not included in this milestone and can be added as a future enhancement.
