React Application for Note Management

Need to develop a small React application using TypeScript for managing a list of notes. Users should be able to add a note, delete a note, and view all saved notes. Data can be stored in React state without a backend or database. Use TypeScript interfaces for note models, React functional components, and hooks (useState). The UI should be simple and clean. Deliverables: source code, package.json, and a short README with launch instructions.
