Recover Wordpress Site on Lightsail

I have a Wordpress site on Lightsail that is currently not working. I believe an automated plugin update crashed it. The PHP is older and Lightsail doesn't seem to allow you to update it unless you start a new instance so that may be part of the issue. I need someone to get that site up and running and create an All-In-One backup of it once it is functioning again.
