WordPress Developer for Netlify Migration

I have an existing website already designed and published on Netlify. I need an experienced WordPress developer to recreate it in WordPress, maintaining the same design and functionality, while making it 100% editable from the WordPress admin panel. Delivering a production-ready website. Important Requirements Everything should be editable without touching code, including: Texts Images Buttons Icons Sections Cards/boxes Background images Titles CTAs Links The goal is that anyone without programming knowledge can update the website.
