Development team - Commerce platform build

We are looking for an experienced development team to build a commerce platform for the Australian school sector from the ground up. This is a long-term project and we need a team that can own the full delivery under a single engagement. The platform The platform serves schools and their communities - parents, students, and staff - through a native mobile app and web interface. It covers multiple commerce use cases under one roof, with a shared admin portal, role-based access control, financial reporting, and integrations with school administration systems and payment infrastructure. Tech stack - Payment processing: Adyen - fixed - Commerce backend: Vendure or equivalent is strongly recommended - open to discussion - Mobile: React Native or equivalent - Hosting: Australian data centres - fixed Who we're looking for A team that can cover the full stack - backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and third-party integrations - under one engagement. Experience with ecommerce platforms, payment gateway integrations, and multi-tenant architectures is important. Australian compliance experience is a plus. Engagement A detailed product specification will be shared with shortlisted teams. We are open to milestone-based fixed-price or time-and-materials depending on the team's preference.
