Senior SaaS / Web Application Architect for White-Label Wellness Platform I'm seeking an experienced web application architect or senior full-stack developer for a paid consulting engagement to help define the technical architecture for an MVP. About the Project I'm building Nova Asha Care, a white-label emotional wellness platform for senior living communities. The goal is to create an exceptionally simple experience for older adults. Many residents may have limited technical experience, visual impairments, or cognitive challenges. The platform should feel calming, intuitive, and require as few steps as possible to access supportive content. The platform will provide guided meditation and emotional wellness resources for residents, families, and care teams. Each community should have its own branded experience, including: Community branding (logo, colors, imagery) Personalized welcome messaging A branded wellness library QR code access for residents A simple administrative experience for community staff Centralized content management so new content can be published across all communities I recently built a proof of concept in GoHighLevel (Ivorey), but I've determined the user experience isn't the right long-term solution. Before investing in development, I'm looking for an experienced architect to recommend the best technical approach. What I'm Looking For This is not a build project (yet). The initial engagement is a fixed-price architecture consultation. If we're a good fit, this may evolve into leading the MVP build. I'm looking for a strategic consultation covering: Recommended technology stack Overall architecture White-label strategy Authentication and QR code access options Content management approach Scalability considerations Rough development budget MVP roadmap This initial engagement is intentionally focused on architecture and planning. If we're a good fit, I'm hoping to establish a long-term relationship with the right technical partner to lead development of the MVP and future iterations of the platform. I'm intentionally technology-agnostic. If WordPress isn't the best foundation, I'd rather know now than force the project into the wrong platform. I've intentionally structured this as a fixed-price consulting engagement (~$250) because my primary goal is selecting the right long-term technical partner rather than immediately beginning development.
