**About us** FleetPay is a B2B fintech for the Brazilian road-freight sector — digital accounts, receivables anticipation, toll management, and fiscal/regulatory tooling for carriers, drivers, and shippers. Small senior team, fast shipping cadence, AI-native workflow end to end. **What you'll do** We're building web and mobile product interfaces, marketing templates, and a unified design system. You'll own the design layer and either hand off production-ready work or ship it yourself through an AI-assisted design-to-code pipeline. - Design web and mobile interfaces (product + marketing) in Figma - Build and maintain our design system: tokens, components, documentation - Produce reusable templates (landing pages, decks, social, email) - Work inside an MCP-driven stack: Claude orchestrating Figma, Canva, Vercel, and HeroUI Pro - Ship front-end-ready components built on HeroUI Pro, with preview deploys on Vercel - Keep brand consistency across product and growth surfaces **Our stack** - Design: Figma, Canva - Components/templates: HeroUI Pro - Build/deploy: Vercel - AI workflow: Claude + MCP connectors (Figma, Canva, Vercel) - Product front end: React / Inertia.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui **Must-haves** - Portfolio of *shipped* web AND mobile product UI — not concept-only work - Proven design-system experience (built or substantially maintained one) - Fluent in Figma: auto-layout, variables, components, tokens - You think in components and respect front-end constraints - Hands-on with at least one AI-assisted design or design-to-code workflow **Nice-to-haves** - HeroUI Pro / shadcn experience - Front-end coding (React + Tailwind) enough to ship or QA components - Vercel deploys - Fintech, dashboards, or data-dense B2B experience - MCP / Claude tooling - Portuguese (not required — we work with you in English) **How to apply** (read this — generic proposals are ignored) 1.
