Build & Deploy Web App

I need a developer to build Version 1 of Sales Blueprint Architect, a web application that helps sales professionals evaluate sales opportunities, maintain opportunity context, and generate AI-assisted sales guidance. This is a Bring-Your-Own-LLM application. Users will connect their own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Grok API key, and the app will use that key to generate responses. The app itself will not pay for user AI usage. The product is already substantially specified. I have a developer build package, screen annotations, visual design language, and several rendered HTML screen references available for review. Core v1 functionality includes: * User account creation and login * Stripe one-time purchase flow * AI provider setup with user-supplied API key * “My Company” profile, including manual entry, file upload, and possible website analysis * Sales Opportunity creation, including manual entry, file upload, and possible prospect website analysis * Opportunity workspace with chat interface * Living Opportunity Summary that updates as the user works * AI-generated Blueprint/action plan for each opportunity * Record Outcome function * Basic settings * Simple static help tray * Admin prompt-editing screen I am looking for a developer who can review the package, identify any missing requirements, recommend the best build approach, and provide a realistic quote and timeline for building a working v1 application. Preferred stack is flexible, but current recommendation is: * React/Next.js * TypeScript * Tailwind * Node.js backend * PostgreSQL * Stripe Checkout * Secure encrypted storage of user API keys * File upload and text extraction * Simple LLM provider abstraction layer Important expectations: * Clear communication * Scope discipline * Ability to explain tradeoffs * Ability to deploy the finished application * Ability to hand off source code, database structure, and deployment instructions * No major feature expansion without prior approval I am not looking for a vague prototype.
