CRM app and desktop version coding and no web hosting fees

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to take an existing CRM codebase that was originally generated with AI (Claude AI) and turn it into a polished, production-ready application for my commercial real estate brokerage. The CRM was designed specifically around my workflow as a commercial broker, not as a generic CRM. It is intended to help my team build and manage a database of commercial property owners, buyers, tenants, investors, and businesses while tracking every interaction throughout the sales process. At this point, I have the code, but I have not yet been able to fully demo or test the application. I don’t know what works, what is missing, what should be removed, or what needs to be redesigned. My first goal is for someone to review the existing codebase, understand what has already been built, and provide recommendations before we begin development. To give you some background, I’m currently a one-man operation. Right now, I realistically only need 2–3 active users on the CRM—primarily myself and possibly an assistant or transaction coordinator. However, I plan to begin hiring by the end of the year, so I want the platform built correctly from the start. I don’t need it overengineered today, but I do want it designed so it can grow with my business without requiring a complete rebuild. Ultimately, I need someone who can: * Review and understand the existing AI-generated code. * Get the application running so we can properly test it. * Identify bugs, missing features, and opportunities for improvement. * Refine and optimize the CRM into a stable, production-ready platform. * Build secure user accounts, permissions, and activity tracking so I can monitor what each employee is working on. * Create a centralized database of sellers, buyers, investors, businesses, tenants, and properties. * Maintain a complete history of calls, emails, meetings, texts, notes, follow-up reminders, and deal progress for every contact. One of my biggest priorities is keeping ongoing operating costs low. I do not want to build something that requires expensive monthly software subscriptions or high hosting fees. Initially, the CRM only needs to support 2–3 active users, but it should be built so it can easily scale to 10 users and beyond as my brokerage grows. Each user should be able to manage at least 5,000 contacts, giving us capacity for 50,000+ records initially with room for future growth. Please recommend the most cost-effective hosting and database architecture that will accomplish this. I’d like you to: 1. Review the existing code. 2. Explain what has already been built. 3. Identify any issues, missing functionality, or improvements. 4. Recommend the best technology stack and hosting solution. 5. Provide a realistic timeline and cost estimate to complete the project. As the brokerage grows, I expect to continue adding features, automations, AI integrations, and additional functionality.
