AI / Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with extensive experience in Claude Code, MCP, and Agentic Workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and full-stack engineering, capable of leading complex projects and driving innovation. Responsibilities include developing and integrating AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Configure, optimize, and extend Claude Code for automated feature development, code refactoring, and CI/CD integrations. Design and implement custom skills, hooks, and project setup instructions (CLAUDE.md) to guide agentic behaviors. Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect Claude Code with external databases, APIs, and tools. Architect sub-agent systems and multi-agent workflows for complex tasks. Manage context optimization (context compaction, prompt caching, structured note-taking) to maximize efficiency and reduce token overhead. Required Qualifications: Proven Claude Code Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience using Claude Code CLI in production/real-world projects. Model Context Protocol (MCP): Experience writing custom MCP tools/connectors. Agentic Frameworks & Context Engineering: Strong understanding of agent execution loops, memory management, and prompt/context engineering. Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Git, and standard terminal/CLI tools. Testing & Quality Control: Ability to establish automated testing loops that allow AI agents to verify their own code. Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience with Anthropic API (Messages API, Tool Use, Extended/Adaptive Thinking). Experience with CI/CD automation using agentic CLI workflows.
