Chinese Website with Embedded Stripe Payment Integration

This project covers the development of a professional Chinese-language company website for a general consultation company, built with Next.js / React. The website will present the company’s information, services, team profile, contact details, and allow patients to pay the full consultation fee directly through an embedded Stripe payment flow. The website will be based on the design style, template, branding assets, and content provided by the client. The final site will be responsive across mobile and desktop, with a clean, trustworthy, and professional presentation. Included Scope: - Home page - About page - Services / Consultation page - Team Profile page - Contact page - Payment page with embedded Stripe payment integration - Payment success page - Privacy Policy page - Terms page - Responsive design for mobile and desktop - Initial deployment, hosting setup, domain connection, SSL setup, and Stripe live-mode setup - 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support for issues related to the agreed project scope Payment Functionality The website will include an embedded Stripe payment flow for collecting the full consultation fee online. Payment processing will be handled securely through Stripe. The client will own and manage their own Stripe account, while the freelancer will assist with the technical integration and initial setup. After a successful payment, the user will be redirected to or shown a simple payment success page. Client Responsibilities: The client will provide all required website content, Chinese copy, logo, images, related information, legal text, reference/template design, Stripe account access, domain information, and any other materials needed to complete the website. The freelancer will not be responsible for creating final medical, legal, privacy, or compliance-related content. These must be provided or approved by the client. Not Included: This project does not include appointment booking functionality, patient/member login, admin dashboard, database record management, confirmation emails, ongoing maintenance, future content updates, third-party service fees, hosting/domain renewal costs, or additional features outside the agreed scope unless separately discussed and approved. Post-Launch Support The project includes 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support. This support only covers bugs or technical issues related to the original agreed scope. The 30-day support period does not include new features, content changes, design changes, extra pages, third-party service changes, Stripe policy/account issues, hosting provider issues, or ongoing maintenance. Completion Criteria The project will be considered complete when: - All agreed pages are implemented - The website is responsive on mobile and desktop - The embedded Stripe payment flow is connected and tested - The payment success page is working - The website is deployed and accessible through the agreed domain - The client has had the opportunity to review the final website - Any agreed scope-related bugs found before launch are addressed Change Requests Any request outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate change request and may require an additional milestone, additional fee, or separate agreement.
