Full-Stack Dev — Client Reporting Dashboard (Next.js + Supabase + Vercel)

I run a small SEO agency and need a clean, private client reporting dashboard built from scratch. This is not a public-facing product — it's a password-protected internal tool I use to share performance data with clients. I do not need Airtable, Sanity CMS, or anything complex. Clean and functional beats fancy. Core features needed: Password-protected login per client — each client gets their own subdomain or unique URL and password (this would be a bonus) Dashboard displaying key SEO metrics (sessions, pageviews, rankings, etc.) — data entered manually or via simple import to start Date range selector — 7 days, 28 days, 90 days, this month, last month, last year Comparison feature — compare current period to previous period Monthly Notes tab — I can add what was completed this month, next month's plan, and a TL;DR summary Export functionality — export the current view as PDF or CSV Branded — my logo, colors ( #006894 blue, off-white background), clean and minimal Will integrate with GSC, GA, and (some accounts Google Ads). We will first build the dashboard for my website, then the project could go on to building it for other clients (will pay additional per report) Also needed: A simple SOP document explaining how to add a new client, update data, and manage the system — written so a non-technical VA can follow it Basic deployment instructions What I'm NOT looking for: Anything overly complex Ongoing retainer (this is a one-time built, but if I were to onboard a new client in the future, will ask and pay for you to set this up) Someone who will disappear after delivery — I need someone who answers questions Budget is pretty firm. I know this can be built efficiently. Please share similar work in your proposal and tell me what your recommended simplified stack would be.
