Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an alternative credit and tenant screening bureau. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing scalable and secure applications, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves collaborating with a team to design and implement features that meet business requirements and user needs. Core Responsibilities: Implement pre-built UI kits (Tailwind CSS / Shadcn) based exactly on provided Figma files. Architect a relational PostgreSQL database schema tracking users, properties, and verification states. Integrate third-party verification APIs: Persona (Identity/Biometric KYC) and Plaid Link (12-month historical banking cash-flow analysis). Set up a secure, backend data uploader to parse, sanitize, and ingest property management ledger CSV files. Configure application-level AES-256 encryption for sensitive user PII fields before saving to the database. Required Tech Stack: Frontend: Next.js (React), Tailwind CSS, Zustand/Redux. Backend: Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI). Database: PostgreSQL with Prisma or Sequelize ORM. Security: Auth0 / Clerk with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
