Full-Stack Developer / Custom Shopify Voting Module

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a lightweight, high-performance Voting Module for an awards website. The module will be hosted as a standalone application and embedded into a Shopify store exclusively via an iframe. Key Requirements & Stack: Backend: PHP (Laravel) or Node.js (Express/NestJS). Frontend: Clean Tailwind CSS (no heavy JS frameworks needed). Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL. Core Features: A clean public leaderboard table (live search + country filter), a "Suggest Candidate" form with basic duplicate prevention, a simple email PIN-code verification, and a minimal 2-button admin panel for moderation (Approve/Reject).
