need virtual assistant to handle emails and process orders of website

We have a digital product selling website and our orders and enquiries are not automatic. Currently I'm doing the work myself and now I need someone who can handle the following tasks. I will be hiring 2 persons due to time zone differences so there will be 2 shifts...
