Redesign Job Board Website

We have multiple job board websites (e.g., 123Jobs.com, ABCJobs.com, XYZJobs.com ....) currently written in Yii 2.0 that have been running successfully for many years. We are looking for an expert Laravel developer to completely rewrite/port this application to Laravel 13. Current Server & Code Architecture (To Be Preserved): • Environment: Ubuntu 24.04 server managed via Plesk. • Shared Central Codebase: We utilize a single installation of the framework codebase. The core application logic (Controllers, Models, Modules) lives in a shared central directory outside of the public web directories. • Domain Entry Points: Individual domain folders serve as the public web roots. They load the shared core framework but initialize their own domain-specific layouts, assets, and configuration files based on the active domain. • Single Database, Multi-Tenant: All sites share a single MySQL database already structured with a "site_id" setup. Data filtering is handled dynamically based on the active domain. • Shared Authentication: Job Seekers and Employers use a unified user table, allowing them to log into any of our network sites with the same credentials. • Cross-Site Job Posting: Employers can post a single job across multiple network sites simultaneously. • Site-Specific Categories: Each job board maintains its own distinct set of job categories and subcategories. Project Requirements: 1. Laravel 13 Framework Migration: Map our existing MySQL database schema cleanly into standard Laravel migrations. This is a pure framework port; no database redesign is required. 2. Global Query Scopes & Dynamic Configuration: Implement robust Laravel Global Scopes to automate "site_id" data filtering. Ensure the application dynamically resolves the "site_id", configurations, and asset paths based on the domain directory executing the code. 3. Admin Panel (Filament v3): Build a unified administrative backend using Laravel Filament v3 in the central codebase so we can manage jobs, employers, candidates, categories, and domain configurations across the entire network from one dashboard. We currently have such an administrative backend interface we need to migrate to Lavarel. 4. Maintainable Frontend Views: Rebuild the frontend layouts using standard Laravel Blade templates and Tailwind CSS. Do not use React, Vue, or Angular. The views must be cleanly organized so they remain highly accessible for light self-maintenance.
