WooCommerce Product Import Specialist

WooCommerce Product Import Specialist Required Overview We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce product import specialist to assist with importing supplier product catalogues into our WooCommerce staging website. We already have supplier data available in CSV format but require assistance preparing, cleaning, structuring and importing the data correctly. Website WordPress WooCommerce Staging environment available Scope of Work Initial Project Review and prepare supplier CSV data. Tasks include: Cleaning supplier CSV files Creating parent and child variable products where appropriate Identifying product variations (colours, sizes, options etc.) Mapping attributes correctly Creating WooCommerce-compatible import files Importing products into the staging website Ensuring products display correctly Importing and associating images where available Mapping categories and product data correctly Creating a repeatable process for future imports Example Some products currently exist as separate SKUs but should be grouped as a single parent product with multiple variations. The successful freelancer should identify these opportunities throughout the catalogue and structure the products correctly within WooCommerce. Deliverables Cleaned master CSV WooCommerce import-ready CSV Successful import into staging website Documentation explaining the structure used Recommendations for future supplier imports Future Work If successful, additional supplier catalogues will be imported using the same process. This could become an ongoing project for the right person. Required Experience Must have experience with: WooCommerce WordPress WP All Import plugin Product imports Variable products CSV manipulation Product attribute mapping Large product catalogues Please provide examples of previous WooCommerce import projects completed.
