AI & Automation Specialist – Build & Run Workflows for E-Commerce Group (Long-Term) Description: Please read this fully before applying — I filter hard, and generic proposals are rejected on sight. I run a founder-led consumer group (cosmetics, fragrances & e-commerce) with a strong DACH presence and an active US expansion, operating across several entities. I'm looking for one builder to automate our processes and keep them running — long-term, not a one-off project. This is a builder role, not a "stay informed about AI" role. Most of your time is shipping automations that save real hours across finance, ops, marketing and content; the rest is keeping us sharp on what's actually worth adopting. What you'll do - Find where AI and automation remove the most manual work, then build it - Build & maintain workflows in Make / n8n / Zapier, plus scripting (Python/JS) where no-code hits its limit - Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic) into workflows that do real work — not demos - Connect our stack via APIs and webhooks (Shopify, payment processors, Klaviyo, Meta/Google, Notion/Airtable, Slack) - Own reliability — monitor, fix, improve; nothing you ship should quietly break You're a fit if - You can show automations you built that are still running - You're fluent in no-code automation AND comfortable dropping into code - You measure your work in hours and euros saved, not tools used - Excellent English; European business-hours overlap Engagement: Long-term, remote.
