Delta Force connects property managers with vetted service providers across recurring and on-demand building services, while standardizing the execution layer through SOPs, inspections, proof-to-close systems, labor scoring, vendor replacement workflows, KPI dashboards, and operational enforcement. This is not a simple lead-generation marketplace like Angi, TaskRabbit, or Thumbtack. The deeper thesis is this: Most service businesses do not fail because of lack of demand. They fail because they lack operational control infrastructure. Property managers do not just need more vendors - they need reliable execution, accountability, proof of work, performance data, quality control, and fast vendor replacement when things break down. Delta Force is being built to become the operating system and control layer for fragmented facility services. We are looking for a real full-stack CTO-level builder who can help architect and build the first version of the platform from the ground up. What We Are Building The first product is the Delta Force Command Center. It will help property managers manage and enforce service delivery across multiple buildings, vendors, and work categories. Core platform modules may include: * Property manager dashboard * Building profiles * Vendor profiles * Work order and job tracking * SOP and checklist management * Proof-to-close photo/video uploads * Inspection workflows * Vendor performance scoring * Labor scoring * Issue escalation * Vendor replacement pipeline * KPI dashboards * Admin control panel * Notifications and reporting * Eventually: embedded payments, procurement, financing, and insurance-related performance data Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is more than a coder. We need a full-stack technical leader who can think like a CTO, architect like a systems builder, and execute like an early-stage startup founder. You should be able to: * Own technical architecture from zero to one * Build fast without over-engineering * Make smart product and infrastructure decisions * Translate operational workflows into software * Build scalable full-stack applications * Think deeply about marketplace dynamics, workflow control, and data capture * Work directly with the founder to shape product strategy * Move quickly, communicate clearly, and take real ownership This is ideal for someone who wants to be involved in a serious startup opportunity, not just complete tickets.
