Senior Full Stack Interviewer - MERN + Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer to evaluate candidates for a Senior MERN Stack + Agentic AI Developer role. Responsibilities Conduct 60–90 minute technical interviews. Evaluate MERN Stack proficiency: React.js / Next.js Node.js / NestJS Express.js MongoDB / PostgreSQL TypeScript Assess software architecture and system design. Evaluate AI engineering capabilities: Agentic AI systems RAG pipelines LLM integration Prompt engineering Vector databases AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) MCP and AI tool integrations Assess cloud and DevOps knowledge: AWS Docker CI/CD Test problem-solving through live coding and architecture discussions. Provide a detailed candidate evaluation report with strengths, weaknesses, hiring recommendation, and interview score. Required Experience : 5+ years in Full Stack Development. Hands-on experience building production MERN applications. Strong experience with Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, and AI workflows. Experience interviewing senior engineers is preferred.
