Simple QR Code Generator ($10 Fixed)

I'm looking for someone to build a very simple QR code generator. The app should have a text field where a user can paste a URL and a button to generate a QR code. After it's generated, the QR code should be displayed on the page and users should be able to download it as a PNG. This is a small task, so I'm looking for a clean implementation rather than a fancy UI. Requirements - Input field for a URL - Generate a QR code from the URL - Show the QR code on the page - Download as PNG - Clean, responsive layout You can use any JavaScript framework (or plain JavaScript) as long as the final result works well.
