# WordPress Developer Needed for Domestic Helper Marketplace / Recruitment Platform ## Project Overview We are building a WordPress-based marketplace for a domestic staffing agency in Zimbabwe. Our agency connects employers with domestic workers such as: * Maids * Nannies * Drivers * Cleaners * Gardeners * Cooks * Chefs * Nurse Aides * Laundry Helpers This is **NOT** an appointment booking website. It is a recruitment/placement platform where employers browse worker profiles, select a preferred helper, pay our placement fee, and then receive the worker's contact details. The worker's salary is paid directly between the employer and the worker. Our platform only collects the one-time placement/connection fee. --- ## Current Situation Currently, all inquiries and placements are handled manually through WhatsApp. As our business grows, this process is becoming difficult to manage. Contact the worker directly. --- ## Worker Contact Protection One important requirement: The worker's phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address should remain hidden until the employer has successfully paid the placement fee. After payment, the employer should gain access to the worker's contact information.
