Support System workflow issue

Project Overview I have an existing AI support system for my business that was built previously. The system is mostly complete, but a few critical workflows are not functioning correctly. I'm looking for someone who can understand the existing implementation, identify the root cause, and fix the issues. I am not looking for a complete rebuild unless it is absolutely necessary. Current Issues The AI is not using the internal business information stored in the database. Instead, it frequently generates random or incorrect responses. The calendar booking workflow is not working. The AI should book appointments through the existing integration, but no bookings are being created. There may be issues with the workflow logic, prompt configuration, API integration, or database retrieval. What I Need I'm looking for a developer who can: Review and understand the existing codebase and workflow. Debug the current implementation rather than rebuilding it. Identify why the AI is not retrieving the correct business information from the database. Fix the knowledge retrieval so responses are accurate and consistent. Repair the calendar booking workflow. Test the entire system end-to-end to ensure both issues are fully resolved.
