AI-Assisted Product Builder (Replit) for Ongoing Client Work

I run a small agency building and shipping web products for clients. I'm looking for one person to take over most of the hands-on building. You'd work directly with me. I handle the client, the direction, and the big decisions. I want you to handle everything between request and shipped. Starting at ~7 hours/week, with potential to reach 20+ within a couple of months. This is ongoing work, not a one-off, and there's more of it across other client sites as things go well. The current project is being built in Replit. It's a real estate alert product that needs several third-party API integrations. What the work actually looks like: • Take a written request and turn it into a shipped change • Wire up third-party APIs and deal with their real-world messiness • Make sensible product and design calls without asking me about every one • Know when a decision should come to me instead • Verify your own work. I care about this one more than almost anything else. Other notes: • Americas preferred, or anywhere with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with 9am-5pm US Mountain time • Successful candidates start with a paid trial project at full rate
