AI Automation dev needed.

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to optimize and evaluate our AI agent system. You will work within our existing setup (LangGraph, LangChain, NodeJS/Angular, Langfuse) and focus on prompt engineering, agent configuration, and systematic testing — all without writing code. Responsibilities - Create and configure AI agents via our UI - Run structured tests through the chat interface - Analyze Langfuse logs, traces, and test sets - Optimize prompts directly in Langfuse - Identify weaknesses and propose improvements - Document results and optimization steps Required Skills: - Experience with Multi-Agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Langfuse) - Hands-on work with Langfuse or LangSmith - Understanding of AI agent architectures and RAG systems - Strong prompt engineering skills - Systematic testing and QA mindset - Ability to interpret logs and traces Nice-to-Have: - Familiarity with NodeJS/Angular - Experience with vector databases - Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks - Working Style - Fully remote - Communication in English (German a plus) - Close collaboration with our dev team
