This is a small proof-of-concept project, not a large build. Every day, inquiries come into our business through email, forms, and customer messages. Most of them require someone to read through the information, decide what action needs to be taken, and then route it to the right person. It's not difficult work, but it is repetitive and easy for things to get missed when we're busy. We'd like to see if Claude can act as a first layer of review before a human gets involved.
