Full Stack Engineer

Stealthera is building a wearable healthcare platform that connects 4G health wearables with hospital systems through APIs and cloud infrastructure. We are looking for an engineer who can take ownership of backend architecture and integrations. Responsibilities Build and maintain FastAPI backend services. Integrate wearable device data streams. Decode and process incoming payloads. Design scalable APIs for hospital integrations. Manage MongoDB databases. Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure. Build dashboard APIs and supporting services. Implement authentication and access control. Create production-ready documentation.
