Fullstack React Redux Java Spring Boot Developer

Summary We are looking for a strong **frontend-focused Full Stack Developer** to help build and improve a client/server web application with a major emphasis on responsive design, clean user experience, and production-quality React and Redux development. This role is best suited to a developer whose strongest skills are in modern React and Redux frontend engineering but who is also comfortable working across a Java/Spring Boot backend when required. The successful candidate must be able to independently deliver complete features spanning the user interface, APIs, integrations, and supporting business logic. The ideal candidate is also highly productive in an AI-first development environment using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic coding toolchains. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain responsive, production-grade user interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Translate product and design requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. * Implement and maintain frontend architecture and state management using React, Redux Toolkit, and Redux Saga. * Build reusable, maintainable React and Redux components using libraries such as Material UI and DevExpress. * Integrate React and Redux frontend features with REST APIs, authentication services, backend workflows, and external systems. * Develop and modify Java/Spring Boot services, APIs, integrations, and business logic as needed to support end-to-end feature delivery. * Troubleshoot issues across the browser, React and Redux frontend application, APIs, and backend services. * Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, accessibility, and responsive behaviour. * Work effectively in a fast-moving product environment with evolving requirements. Required Skills * Deep JavaScript knowledge and strong production experience with React and Redux. * Advanced experience building responsive React and Redux web applications that work reliably across desktop, tablet, and mobile. * Hands-on production experience with Redux Toolkit and Redux Saga. * Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills, with an emphasis on clean, semantic, maintainable code. * Experience building reusable React and Redux components and working with Material UI and/or DevExpress. * Strong understanding of REST APIs, client/server architecture, authentication, and React and Redux frontend/backend integration. * Professional experience with Java and Spring Boot, including the ability to build or modify APIs, services, integrations, and business logic. * Strong debugging skills across React and Redux frontend and backend systems. * Comfortable working in a development environment with changing requirements and a high degree of ownership. * Professional experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools as part of the software development workflow. Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidate will be a React and Redux frontend specialist who can take ownership of the complete user experience while still being capable of working independently in the Java/Spring Boot backend. This is not a frontend-only role, but the majority of the work and the primary measure of success will be the quality, usability, responsiveness, and maintainability of the React and Redux frontend application.
