Website Designer/Developer for Core Framework

Our expectations for a website designer/developer are to create the "core framework", which we can subsequently fill with information and content ourselves. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, CSS 3, PHP, and HTML5. This project is part-time and expected to last 1 to 3 months.
